They do require a minimum spend of £12,000 per annum across mobiles, landlines and data (broadband). This can include international platforms as well as national platforms.
How do they do this:
Most 'Telecoms' companies when looking to reduce costs look at the current market place to see if they can find a better deal, then offer that to their customers. The company we work with takes a completely new approach to telecoms auditing.
They undertake an audit to look at the current infrastructure, bills and contracts and make sure that they are fit for purpose. On establishing if they are, they then look to make sure they have the best prices in the market place. As they are not affiliated with any provider this gives an absolutely objective point of view. This report is then given to the client to do a number of things with.
